Extremely professional operation all around – the salesperson respected my time (and safety) during the initial estimate, the installer (and their subcontractors) arrived when promised, explained the installation process in detail, and kept an immaculate work area. They followed all COVID-related safety precautions. Will likely be using them for maintenance as well based on the installation experience. Recommend highly!

Chip, Josh, and Ivan were amazing to work with to install a mini-split system. Chip was able to fit us in for a quote and helped us decide what our 3rd floor walkup condo needed. Josh and Ivan were on-time all three days during the installation process, and calmly worked with me and my wife while we made their lives a little difficult about where we were placing the units. We looked at 4-5 different contractors to do our mini-split installation and went with NETR because of their reputation, pricing, and service. Would absolutely pick them again.

I had an evaluation of a gas furnace heating system performed by Brian. He was on time, kind and very knowledgeable about the system. After the evaluation he explained everything in detail and showed me how to use the thermostat. He answered all my questions thoroughly. My expectations were exceeded.

The NETR Inc team that came to install my equipment was on time, tidy, and very professional. They had to deal with some pretty challenging outdoor site issues because of our recent snow, but they didn’t complain at all. They cleaned up every spot they touched, and everything was completed perfectly to spec. And when explaining the tech, they were knowledgable and enthusiastic about it. I already like this system for heating, can’t wait for it to help me out in hot weather too.
